The MET Manta Mips is more aerodynamic than its predecessor thanks to a lowered tube-shaped tail, developed specifically in the wind tunnel at NEWTON's Milan laboratory.

Using the MIPS-C2® Rational Impact Management System, the MET Manta Mips is able to slide relative to the head in the event of an impact, redirecting harmful rotational forces. MIPS is a brain protection system designed to add protection to conventional helmet construction in certain types of impacts.
