The Makita DDF083 is a brushless snub nosed drill driver which is powered by an 18v LXT lithium ion battery. Equipped with a 1/4"" hex tool holder rather than a drill chuck, the DDF083 has an overall length of 124mm, meaning it can be squeezed into tight spaces and used comfortably for overhead work.

The locking quick release tool holder is suitable for standard screwdriver bits and hex shank drill bits or accessories. The DDF083 has 2 gears, a variable speed trigger and an electric brake for precision control.
