Pancake pan DE BUYER "" MINERAL "" diameter 26 cm. MINERAL"" cookware is suitable for all burners (gas - electric - induction - glass-ceramic). Made from iron (a 100% natural mineral material), they are guaranteed uncoated (no PFOA, no PTFE) and free from added chemical components. They are ecological and sustainable products.

Food is seared on the surface, allowing its natural juices to caramelize, giving it the right taste. A crust forms, preventing moisture from evaporating. Food becomes golden and crispy on the surface, melting and soft on the inside. Ideal for searing meats, making crispy pancakes or omelettes. Specific instructions for first use and maintenance are supplied with each utensil.
