Makita's new generation of X Lock grinders are equipped with tried and tested ergonomics, reliability and performance, but coupled with the all-new X Lock accesory system which means that changing out accessories is now quicker and easier than ever before. X Lock accessories are simply pressed into position, and the machine automatically locks them in place.

When you need to change them over, a switch on the gear housing unlocks them without need for any additional equipment, so you can swap out multiple accessories in rapid succession, and never have to worry about misplaced tools and components holding you up in the middle of a job. The Makita DGA519 also features an electric brake, anti-restart function and safety paddle switch on the underside of the housing.
